This website is operated by SIMMCO Africa, Lilongwe, Republic of Malawi. By using it you agree to these terms. The content is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The SIMMCO Africa name, logo, films, photographs, text and design on this site belong to SIMMCO Africa or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written consent. Work shown in the Work section remains subject to the rights of the clients for whom it was produced.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not create a contract. A project or booking is confirmed only when we have issued a written scope or quote and you have accepted it in writing.

Engagement terms

Projects are governed by the scope, schedule and price set out in our quote and by our standard production agreement, which covers deposits, cancellation, usage rights, approvals and delivery. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is required before production begins and final files are released on full payment.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, SIMMCO Africa is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malawian courts.
